I wish I’d paid more attention before getting into the loyalty rewards, because they barely feel worth it. The promos sound nice at first, but once you actually use them, they’re kind of underwhelming.

I usually go on hoosierlottery.com just to check numbers, mostly in the evening after dinner when I remember I still have tickets sitting on the counter. The site does what it needs to do sometimes, but it loads slowly, and a few things feel like they’re tucked away in weird places. The login also randomly kicks me out, which gets old fast.
The app has been even more frustrating for me. I’ve tried using it while sitting in my car after buying tickets, and it freezes a lot when I scan them. The menus aren’t very clear either, so I end up tapping around more than I should have to. It works here and there, but not consistently enough for me to actually rely on it.

I checked the draw numbers on the site and they didn’t match what I was seeing elsewhere. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, which is frustrating because then I have to go around double-checking everything myself. it makes it hard to trust the results when the info feels off.

I tried using the ticket scanner and it just wouldn’t work right. Maybe it’s outdated or nobody’s maintaining it, but either way it was frustrating.

The site itself is okay for checking what’s available, but actually finding a retailer near me with tickets in stock has been hit or miss. It’s not terrible, just kind of average. the stock info feeling unreliable seems preventable, and it would make the whole experience a lot smoother...
